Sparkling Something started as a hobby when a new HobbyCraft store opened in my town and quickly developed into an obsession as I moved on from plastic and glass beads to genuine gemstones. The appeal for me has always been in the cold feel of the stones that warm to the skin as well as the dazzling array of colours and textures available. Although I still occasionally use the odd glass or feature bead to enhance the gemstones, this site aims to focus mainly on unique gemstone jewellery and accessories, all made by hand with care.
